Weekly Runs

Track Workouts

Thursdays @ 5:30pm

Track workouts will be hosted either at Crittenden Middle School Track (Mountain View) or Cobb Track (Stanford)

Official locations will be sent out at the beginning of each month.

There will be track workouts focusing more on speed, form, and pacing. All levels are welcome and you will be given different paces to focus on based on your fitness level.

Long Runs

Every Saturday morning at 8:30am there will be a long trail run.

The locations will be sent out for each month at the beginning of the month.
